Our verdict

It is $300 below the typical LiDAR mower, $1,699.99 (median of 11). It is also #1 on our overall list (tied with the A3 AWD 2000), and #4 under $1,500. The warranty is 3 years, against 1 year on the Ecovacs GOAT O1000 LiDAR PRO at $1,499.99, which has a 45% limit.

The weak spot is lawn size. At $5,600 per acre it is about 30% above the $4,322 typical for LiDAR, and it is #16 on our large yards ranking. The cutting width is 7.9 inches. It lists 62.8 dB, which puts it #18 on our quiet list.

For $300 more, the A3 AWD 2000 doubles the area to 0.5 acre at $3,400 per acre. The Sunseeker X5 is $1,499.99 with 0.5 acre but a 60% slope limit and an antenna.

Choose it for a small, steep lawn. Skip it if your yard is bigger than a quarter acre. Dreame US is the only seller.
