Our verdict

The O1000 LiDAR PRO costs $200 less than the typical LiDAR mower in our data, which is $1,699.99 (median of 11). It does not state a mowing area, so we cannot work out a price per acre or place it on our lawn-size lists. It is not on any of our top lists. It lists an 8.7 inch cutting width, 90 minutes of runtime, IPX6 and 61 dB.

At the same price, the Sunseeker X5 is $1,499.99 with 0.5 acre and a 60% slope limit, though it needs an antenna. The Dreame A3 AWD 1000 is $100 cheaper at $1,399.99, with 0.25 acre, an 80% slope limit and a 3-year warranty. Ecovacs' own GOAT O1000 RTK costs $999.99 and states 0.25 acre, but it needs an RTK antenna and runs 65 minutes.

Pick it if you want LiDAR without an antenna and the brand matters. Skip it if you need a known lawn size or a longer warranty. Ecovacs US is the only seller.
